Founded in 2001, from the outset Carrington Fox developed enduring relationships across the global financial ecosystem, including leading, hedge funds, investment banks, and proprietary trading firms. These partnerships were grounded in trust, discretion, and a deep understanding of both markets and people.
As the firm expanded internationally, opening offices in key financial hubs such as Dubai and Singapore, its reach became increasingly global. In October 2012, this trajectory culminated in a defining moment: the four New York–based partners unified the business under a single vision, establishing a partner-led firm built on alignment, conviction, and long-term strategic focus.
Today, Carrington Fox operates from New York, headquartered on Wall Street, as a global search partner to many of the world’s most sophisticated financial institutions. The firm’s edge lies in its domain expertise—many consultants come directly from the markets they now cover—combined with a highly curated, relationship-driven approach.
