Founded in 2001, from the outset Carrington Fox developed enduring relationships across the global financial ecosystem, including leading, hedge funds, investment banks, and proprietary trading firms. These partnerships were grounded in trust, discretion, and a deep understanding of both markets and people.
As the firm expanded internationally, opening offices in key financial hubs such as Dubai and Singapore, its reach became increasingly global. In October 2012, this trajectory culminated in a defining moment: the four New York–based partners unified the business under a single vision, establishing a partner-led firm built on alignment, conviction, and long-term strategic focus.
Today, Carrington Fox operates from New York, headquartered on Wall Street, as a global search partner to many of the world’s most sophisticated financial institutions. The firm’s edge lies in its domain expertise—many consultants come directly from the markets they now cover—combined with a highly curated, relationship-driven approach. Rather than acting as intermediaries, Carrington Fox serves as a strategic advisor: mapping talent landscapes, identifying differentiated individuals, and helping clients build durable, high-performing teams. Struan Pires is Managing Partner at Carrington Fox, where he specializes in recruiting front-office talent across investment banking, hedge funds, quantitative trading, and systematic investing. Over the past 20+ years, he has helped some of the world’s leading financial firms hire top quantitative researchers, traders, developers, and investment professionals. After joining Carrington Fox in London in 2004, Struan helped launch the firm’s New York office in 2006 and has built long-standing relationships across the financial markets industry. Outside of work, Struan enjoys spending time with his wife, three kids, and their dog. He likes staying active, keeping healthy, and making the most of life in the West Village, where he and his family call home.
Dyllan Beck is a seasoned executive search professional with more than 20 years of experience specializing in front-office hiring across global financial markets. As a Partner at Carrington Fox, he has built a strong track record of identifying and placing top-tier talent across hedge funds, investment banks, proprietary trading firms, and asset managers. His expertise spans a wide range of investment strategies, including Index Rebalancing, Event-Driven, Merger Arbitrage, Equity Volatility, FX Volatility, Systematic, and Macro investing. Dyllan has successfully recruited portfolio managers, analysts, quantitative researchers, traders, and sales professionals for both buy-side and sell-side organizations. Known for his deep market knowledge, extensive industry network, and consultative approach, Dyllan partners closely with clients to identify exceptional talent and build high-performing investment teams. Outside of work, Dyllan enjoys raising his young family in Saratoga Springs, New York, and cheering on Colorado sports teams, reflecting his roots growing up in Denver, Colorado.
Jordan Lange is a Partner at Carrington Fox, where he leads the firm’s Global Macro practice. He specializes in senior-level portfolio manager, trading, and analyst searches across rates, FX, commodities, and equity derivatives, partnering with many of the industry’s leading hedge funds and banks. With nearly two decades of experience, Jordan has developed deep relationships across the global macro community and serves as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys traveling, skiing, golfing, and spending time with his wife, two children, and yellow Labrador. He enjoys exploring new places, spending time outdoors, and escaping to the Catskills with family and friends whenever possible.
Shaun Kinsley is a Partner at Carrington Fox specializing in the recruitment of Portfolio Managers and investment professionals across global financial markets. With over 20 years of experience spanning quantitative and discretionary investment strategies, he works with leading hedge funds, family offices, proprietary trading firms, and asset managers worldwide. Outside the office, Shaun enjoys golf, boating, and playing the guitar

Andres is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Carrington Fox, specializing in Quantitative Research and Trading mandates supporting systematic and discretionary businesses. Since joining in 2020, he has supported clients’ growth through early career to senior Quant Researcher and Portfolio Management placements across the asset classes, with a more recent expansion into AI-driven initiatives. Beyond work, Andres enjoys exploring the many parks, museums, and live music scenes across NYC, as well as watching movies with friends.
Ben focuses on the investment management space covering long/short equity, private investment strategies, and crossover strategies. He partners with teams and candidates ranging from buy-side analysts to PMs and MDs, as well as investment data scientists and quantamental talent. He’s been in the industry for 6+ years, joining Carrington Fox in 2023. Outside of work, Ben enjoys time with friends and family, supporting LFC, summers in Maine, travel, and tennis.
Ben is a seasoned Recruitment Consultant at Carrington Fox, specializing in Quantitative Research and Trading across all asset classes in both the US and London markets. With 8 years of recruitment experience and having joined Carrington Fox in January 2023, Ben leads a range of contingent and retained search mandates across the quantitative finance landscape. He serves as a trusted resource to both clients and candidates, providing market insight and strategic hiring expertise. Outside of work, Ben enjoys playing golf, watching soccer, and spending time with his family and friends.
Celine is a recruiter at Carrington Fox, having joined out of undergrad in 2022. For the past four years she has focused on the LS equity space, working on both the investment and data science side of hiring. Outside of work Celine enjoys cover bands, themed dinner parties, and comparing Letterboxd accounts.
Chelsea is the Head of Operations at Carrington Fox, where she leads all aspects of the firm’s operations, finances, human resources, business development, and strategic projects. As a trusted partner to the firm’s leadership team, she plays a key role in driving operational effectiveness, supporting business growth, and ensuring the organization runs efficiently across all functions. Since joining in 2018, Chelsea has served as a central resource for both employees and leadership. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys exploring new restaurants in NYC, skiing, spending time with her friends and family, and West Side Highway walks with her dog Gracie.
Daniel is an Executive Search Consultant on the Commodities desk at Carrington Fox, where he partners with hedge funds, trading houses, and banks to place talent across energy and commodities markets. He brings several years of recruiting experience and has been with Carrington Fox since 2023. Outside of work, Daniel is a competitive age-group triathlete actively training and competing in long-course endurance events.
David Li is a recruiter at Carrington Fox joining in 2023, where his areas of expertise is in commodities, macro, equities. Previously, he was a Trader at Goldman Sachs in New York. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, trying new restaurants in the city, and spending time with his dogs.
David leads our L/S equity business while also working across other discretionary trading strategies and in the alternative data space. Since joining in 2014, David has placed numerous investment professionals at both the Analyst and Portfolio Manager level and has partnered closely with our hedge fund clients to best assist with their hiring needs. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with friends and family, while also cheering on Miami sports teams and Chelsea FC.
Ethan is an Executive Recruiter at Carrington Fox specializing in software engineering, quantitative development, quantitative research, and AI/ML hiring for leading hedge funds and proprietary trading firms across the U.S. and U.K. Since beginning his recruiting career in 2024, Ethan has partnered with some of the industry’s most prestigious investment firms to identify and attract top technical talent. He is passionate about connecting exceptional engineers and quantitative professionals with opportunities where they can have a meaningful impact. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys running, following Florida Gators athletics, and hanging out with friends.
Greg is a Technical Recruiter specializing in quantitative technology hiring across Quantitative Development, Engineering, ML/AI and Infrastructure. With five years of recruiting experience, he works with leading hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and technology-driven organizations to connect talent with high-impact opportunities. Outside of work, Greg enjoys snowboarding, spending time with his cat, Zeus, and is an avid musician who enjoys writing, recording, and producing music.
Hayden is an AI and Quant Research Recruiter at Carrington Fox, where he leads the firm’s artificial intelligence initiatives. Since joining in 2025, Hayden has worked on a blend of traditional financial roles as well as new AI focused roles. Outside of work, Hayden enjoys trying new restaurants in NYC, reading, and playing pickleball.
Hemant Yogendra is an Executive Recruiter at Carrington Fox, focused on recruiting investment professionals across public and private credit markets. He works closely with hedge funds, private credit managers, and alternative asset managers on mandates spanning direct lending, opportunistic credit, structured credit, and convertible bonds. Since entering the recruiting industry in 2022, Hemant has built strong relationships across the investing community and is dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with leading investment platforms. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through fitness, attending automotive events, and exploring new restaurants and travel destinations.
Ian is a recruiter focused on the fundamental equities space. He joined Carrington Fox in 2025 after 7 years on the sell-side working in equity sales & trading. Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the New York Jets, Knicks & Yankees.
J.P. McNichol leads the Commodities Practice at Carrington Fox, having joined the firm in 2021 to build and expand its commodities recruitment business. He works closely with a broad range of clients, including hedge funds, trading houses, banks, utilities, and major industry participants, helping them address specialized talent and leadership needs across the commodities sector. Prior to joining Carrington Fox, JP served as COO and CFO of Cogent Energy Investment Management, a natural gas and power-focused hedge fund. Over the course of a 25+ year career on the buy side, he has held senior leadership positions spanning trading, operations, compliance, investor relations, business development, and strategic management. He is married with three children and lives in Connecticut. Outside of work, JP enjoys golf, boating, and hockey. A dedicated supporter of youth sports, he has actively coached youth hockey for the past 15 years.
Jessica Fagely is a Tech and Quant Development Recruiter at Carrington Fox, where she specializes in front-office engineering, quantitative development, and trading technology roles across leading hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and market makers. She joined Carrington Fox in 2023 and has been recruiting since 2015, with additional experience placing technical program managers, product managers, business analysts, and technology leaders across financial services and fintech organizations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to podcasts, and keeping up with reality TV.
Joe is the head of the Global Credit search practice at Carrington Fox. He brings over 15 years of executive search experience in Financial Services, with an exceptional track record of executing searches on a global scale. Joe partners with market leading hedge funds, alternative and traditional asset managers, private equity firms, and investment banks, placing fundamental credit, equity, and macro professionals. He enjoys relaxing at his house in Woodstock, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
Josh sits on the Equity desk at Carrington Fox, where he focuses on both private and public investment professionals. Josh joined Carrington Fox in 2023 and has a total of 9 years of recruitment experience. Outside of work, Josh enjoys exploring new restaurants in NYC, playing and watching sports, and spending time with his friends and family.
Kate is an executive recruiter on the macro team at Carrington Fox, specializing in global fixed income investing across macro, rates, and FX products. She has been recruiting since 2020, previously at H.W. Anderson where she specialized in commodities recruiting. Kate is originally from Framingham, Massachusetts and graduated from Bowdoin College in Maine. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, hiking and traveling.
Katia is a Search Consultant at Carrington Fox, specializing in quantitative technology and trading across hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and asset management organizations. She has several years of experience in financial services recruiting partnering closely with both candidates and clients to deliver strategic hiring solutions in highly competitive markets. Katia is committed to building long-term relationships and helping exceptional talent connect with opportunities that align with their career goals. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying active, exploring the New York restaurant scene, and spending time with friends and family.
Kieron is a Fixed Income Recruiter with a primary focus on Macro Rates / RV and Mortgages. Prior to joining Carrington Fox in 2022 he spent his career on the sell-side, predominantly at Morgan Stanley, as well as Lehman Brothers and Jefferies. He started his career as a Rates salesperson in Fixed Income covering mostly hedge funds, before transitioning to COO roles reporting to Fixed Incomes Trading and Sales leadership. He spent significant time in London and Tokyo before moving to New York. Outside of work, Kieron enjoys spending time with his family, two dogs, and friends. Travel and sports are always a focus.
Lexie is a Scheduling Coordinator at Carrington Fox, playing an integral role in connecting candidates and clients and helping to facilitate a smooth and efficient interview process. She is passionate about creating a positive experience for all parties involved, ensuring communication remains organized, timely, and professional. Since joining the team in 2025, Lexie has been a dependable point of contact and valued member of the firm. In her free time, she enjoys working out, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Matthew is a Headhunter on the Technology Team at Carrington Fox, where he has recruited and consulted candidates for quantitative development, software engineering, and infrastructure roles within top-tier trading firms. He joined Carrington Fox in 2024 and has been working within this space since graduating from the University of Washington in 2022. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys playing, watching, and analyzing basketball.
Melayna joined Carrington Fox in 2023 and leads the Quantitative Technology Team, where she provides strategic technology recruitment partnership to global hedge funds, trading firms, and market makers. Her coverage spans quantitative development, software engineering, infrastructure and automation, and technology leadership roles across front, middle, and back-office functions. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, vintage shopping, and spending time with friends, family, and her two cats.
Shane is a senior consultant within the Quant Trading & Research team at Carrington Fox, where he focuses on portfolio managers across L/S strategies, quant researchers and quant strategists for hedge funds and investment banks. Since joining in 2014, Shane has served as a primary consultant across the Quant Trading& Research effort. Outside of work, he enjoys sports and spending time with his family.
Tori is the Senior Scheduling Coordinator at Carrington Fox, where she manages interview coordination, candidate tracking, and data management across the firm. Since joining Carrington Fox in 2022, she has served as a key point of contact for candidates and clients alike. Tori is a trusted resource within the firm and helps ensures a seamless and professional experience throughout the recruitment process. Outside of work, Tori enjoys listening to true crime, West Side Highway walks, and baking banana bread for the office.
Windy is a recruiter at Carrington Fox, where she specializes in placing ML research scientists and quantitative researchers into high-frequency trading, statistical arbitrage, and machine learning research teams. She has a track record in placing ML researchers from the tech industry into quantitative finance. Prior to joining Carrington Fox, Windy graduated from NYU’s Computer Science program and draws on her technical background to work effectively with both candidates and hiring teams. Outside of work, she enjoys snowboarding, attending music festivals, and playing video games.
